  • Chris loves working with eclectic teams gaining deep insight into people's unmet needs and designing unique products and services. His ability to drive successful projects with diverse stakeholders started with his cross-disciplinary education in both Restoration Design at the University of Victoria and Entrepreneurship at Royal Roads University. His work spans research and design of complete lines of retail products to understanding and designing for the needs of sensitive patient populations. He has developed and implemented programs to train and embed user-centred innovation capabilities invarious industries. As a partner at Cooler, Chris has led projects with OfficeMax, Canadian Tire, Sears, Specialized Bikes, Roche, University Health Network and Genentech. Chris' projects have been featured in the Globe and Mail, National Post, CBC, Marketing Innovations (textbook), and awarded the Humanitarian International Design Organization, Good Design and NeoCon Awards.
