  • Mike approaches design in a pragmatic way believing strongly that meaningful design is always centered in reason. Whether it features facilitating specific actions for an improved product experience or aesthetics connecting with the user on an emotional level, this mantra always holds true for him. Mike’s strongest attribute is his ability to merge both creativity and technical knowledge to create tangible solutions to complex problems. After studying industrial design at Humber College, Mike has applied his skills to a variety of projects and industries including retail display, environments, consumer electronics, medical products and services, soft goods and furniture to name a few. In his career, Mike has won several major design awards including the HIDO international design competition, an international Good Design award, Treehugger’s Inside and Out Competition, and his work has been published in ID Magazine, Innovation and various international news publications.
