  • Michelle approaches design with both a pragmatic honesty and sense of humor - seeking to create real meaningful value for people that marries both their functional and emotional needs. After studying industrial design at Ottawa's Carleton University, Michelle went on to create solutions for the retail environment, consumer and healthcare products, service design solutions, mobile apps, and more. Her work has garnered award recogntion from the Design Exchange, Neocon, and the Chicago Anthenaeum (Good Design Awards). Incorporating a wide range of interests - from space tourism to backyard gardening - Michelle's work aims always to surprise and delight, to create new experiences and to transform even everyday activities into small pleasures. A masterful sketcher, knitter, sometime home-chef, and passable ultimate frisbee player and equestrian, Michelle's personal interests aim to celebrate the fine art of good living.
